The Palace is hosting the AVANT-PREMIERE of Pierre Salvadori’s new film, LA VÉNUS ÉLECTRIQUE. The film will open the 2026 Cannes Film Festival that same evening.

Synopsis: Paris, early 20th century. Suzanne, a penniless carnival performer, pretends to be a psychic to “help” the painter Antoine. Since the death of his wife Irène, Antoine has turned to alcohol and lost his inspiration. His art dealer Armand, who stands to gain if Antoine picks up his brushes again, forces Suzanne to keep up the charade. Through improvised hypnosis sessions, she claims to make contact with Irène—in exchange for Armand paying off her debts. What begins as a clumsy scam grows into an unexpected bond between Suzanne and Antoine.
