The SNULS TOP of the BEST is a compilation of the best SNULS moments made in 1999, after a draw meticulously executed by Maitre Vlésieux,
bailiff. The winning selection was that of Mr. Eddy-Jacques Vergucht of Strombeek, a pensioner since the age of 33.
It includes a number of SNULS classics, as well as some lesser-known and rarer items that are nonetheless not lacking in interest.
