Welcome to Palace! To make sure that everyone can enjoy their experience, we ask that you are polite, respectful and kind to staff and other users, and to observe the following few rules:
- Bookings can be made by telephone, email or in person and must be paid for at the ticket office.
- From 15 minutes before the screening, any booked tickets that have not been collected will be made available for resale.
- Proof of eligibility is required to qualify for concessionary rates.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Doors will be closed 15 minutes after the screening has started.
- No food or drink (apart from water) is permitted in our screening rooms.

Cineville pass:
With Cineville, you can visit independent Belgian cinemas as often as you like, from €18.50 per month (if you’re under 26) and €22.50 per month (if you are 26 and over). Throughout Belgium, more than 20 cinemas are part of the Cineville scheme. Find schedules on the Cineville app, available in the App Store or Play Store.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

– To use your cinema pass, you must go to the box office. Please present your valid Cineville pass to obtain your cinema ticket. Entry to the screening rooms is not possible without a ticket.
– Tickets can be collected no earlier than 90 minutes before the screening.
– You can also book seats with the Cineville pass. Please let us know by telephone (02 503 57 96) or email (billetterie@cinema-palace.be) the date of the screening, your name and the number of seats you would like.
– The Cineville pass can be used for all our screenings, unless specifically stated otherwise and subject to availability.

Want to spoil someone for a special occasion? Give them a cinema ticket! This ticket will be valid for one screening of your choice for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.
An additional €1 will be charged for long films (>120min)

Visitors with reduced mobility
All our areas have been designed to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility.
Here is some additional information about the accessibility of our screening rooms:
– Screen 1: you enter through the middle of the room. Several wheelchairs can be positioned in the middle aisle.
– Screen 2: entry from the back of the room and several wheelchairs can be positioned in the middle aisle. A single wheelchair can be positioned next to the seats in the back row.
– Screen 3: entry from the back of the room, but unfortunately there is no space for a wheelchair next to a seat in the back row.
– Screen 4: entry from the back of the room and several wheelchairs can be positioned in the middle aisle. Several wheelchairs can be positioned next to the seats in the back row.

ACCESSIBILITY
Hard of hearing
Listening assistance system: People who are hard of hearing, whether or not they use hearing aids, can enjoy screenings using audio headsets available from the box office or via direct transmission to hearing aids equipped with a T-coil (telecoil) setting. This system does not provide an alternative for people with profound hearing loss.
Visually impaired
Earcatch:
The device requires headphones.
Audio description
The audio description (AD) offered by the Earcatch app allows visually impaired people to enjoy films. A voice describes what is happening on screen when the characters are not speaking. This additional information really helps audience members understand and follow the story.
Audio subtitles
As it is often difficult for visually impaired people to read subtitles, Earcatch also offers audio subtitles (AST) and ensures that translations of multilingual dialogue can also be heard.
Audio subtitles can also be used to provide a dubbed version in another language. With headphones, the user hears the translation of the dialogue simultaneously as they watch the film.
In the Earcatch app, select the film you want to watch, then download its audio description track. Put on your headphones and press “play” as soon as the screening starts: Earcatch will automatically synchronise the audio description soundtrack with the film.
In order to prepare for your film screening with Earcatch, check that the film you want to see is available on the app. As there are slight differences in the way iOS and Android work, there are two tutorials: one for iOS and one for Android.
