LE CHANT DES FORÊTS
Vincent Munier
FR, 93′, 2025, VO FR ST NL
Synopsis : Deep in the forests of the Vosges, where lynxes, bears, deer, owls, and capercaillies roam, Vincent Munier pays tribute to the visual splendor of nature and captures the poetic sounds of the forest. Thanks to his father Michel, a naturalist, he learned everything there is to know, and now it is time to pass on this knowledge to Simon, his son. Three perspectives, three generations, one and the same fascination for the untamed beauty of nature. French nature photographer Vincent Munier (THE VELVET QUEEN) is without a doubt one of the most renowned and beloved nature photographers in the world. His passion, authenticity, and minimalism leave no one untouched. “I don’t photograph what I see, I photograph what I feel,” a telling statement by Vincent Munier.
