In 1880, at the dawn of a new century, Edison invented electricity in Menlo Park, New York, while in Budapest, twin sisters were born. After losing their parents, they were separated. Later, around 1900, one of them has become a femme fatale and the other an anarchist. Without knowing it, they are in a relationship with the same man.
