From 24 March to 25 June 2023, Le Palace paid tribute to an icon of world cinema with the Romy Schneider Exhibition. This major retrospective celebrated a free-spirited woman, a passionate actress driven by an uncompromising vision.
The exhibition featured a rich collection of objects (dresses, accessories etc.), photos, texts and filming documents, as well as rare personal items (letters, notebooks etc.) and a wealth of video clips. To accompany the exhibition, a programme of films allowed visitors to (re)discover Romy Schneider’s most memorable work.
Figures such as Sarah Biasini, Costa-Gavras, Frédéric Bonnaud and many others came to present films at special event screenings.
